Field Technician:
Immediate
openings for experienced field technicians. Must
have excellent electrical diagnostic capabilities as
well as basic mechanical abilities to perform a
variety of tasks related to troubleshooting of
analog and digital truck, pallet and hanging scales.
Must possess or be able to pass Handbook 44
training. Clean driving record and class B CDL and
DOT card required. Must be a team player and have
excellent communication and work ethics. Be able to
work without immediate supervision. Paid travel
throughout the state of Alaska required. Pay DOE/

Accounts Receivable:
General Purpose
To provide financial, clerical and administrative
services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate
payment of accounts under his or her control.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

maintain up-to-date billing system

follow up, collection and allocation of
payments

carry out billing, collection and reporting
activities according to specific deadlines

reconciliation of accounts

monitoring customer account details for non
payments, delayed payments and other
irregularities

maintain accounts receivable customer files

follow established procedures for processing
receipts, cash etc

prepare bank deposits
-
investigate and resolve customer queries
-
process adjustments
-
organizing a recovery system and initiate
collection efforts

communicating with customers via phone, email,
mail or personally
Education and Experience
-
knowledge of accounts receivable

knowledge of office administration and
procedures

knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures

proficient in relevant computer applications

1-3 years accounts receivable and general
accounting experience
