Hospital HR Training, in coordination with it's sponsors, provide a unique methodology of instruction examining the core principles that increase the efficiency of staff selection and retention. Each staff will gain a general foundation of knowledge that assist with a spectrum of staffing issues faced by all health care providers. After identifying these solutions, through 'hands on' instruction, each staff member will specifically apply these solutions to there individual health care facility.

Each staff member will learn the nuts and bolts of the recruiting process as practiced by the staffing and recruiting industry such as where to find Qualified Healthcare Candidate (QFC) for any need position.
In this module we discuss the importance of creating an effective, finely tuned and orchestrated "hiring process". Staff will work together to create a flow chart designed to shorten the hiring process to as few steps as possible. Without sacrificing safeguards, each staff member will form an effective recruitment team and define the roles and responsibilities all involved creating a seamless beginning-to-end process
Here, staff will critically analyze hiring incentives such as the "sign on" bonus. Each staff member will develop a "model incentive" program, customized to the unique needs of their hospital, fully documented and ready to implement.
The goal of this module is to identify how each health care provider can completely eliminate or significantly reduce reliance on the need for staffing and recruitment agencies. In this module, a detailed "how to" written plan, ready to implement, to absolutely, positively eliminate staffing agencies and recruiting firms from any hospital is created by attendees. Also included in this module is a detailed analysis of how to document savings in real dollars, and where to find those dollars again when the dust settles.
This module shows that decreasing employee turnover while increasing retention begins by taking a proactive approach. Discover how your initial efforts to recruit (including advertising) can ultimately impact retention, satisfaction, safety, and support. Learn how all processes utilized to recruit can set the tone for retention, from initial screening techniques, how to identify a candidate's *fit* by looking at such things as motivation, expectations, and work style, through effective ways to obtain employee input, measure employee satisfaction, address employee concerns, plus secrets to creating an atmosphere that fosters employee satisfaction and makes them feel truly valued.
